30th Anniversary Podcasts

To celebrate our 30th Anniversary, Dr Cian McDermott recorded a podcast series called Life, Love and Emergency Medicine, talking with a wide group of IAEM members that reflect the Past, Present and Future of Emergency Medicine in Ireland.

Episodes were released during 2020 following an anniversary year which saw the development of a strategy for the future of IAEM and a celebration of the progress of the specialty of Emergency Medicine.

The first podcast features Dr Emily O’Conor, President IAEM 2016-2020, in conversation about growing up in Ireland and trailblazing in EM as a woman.
