Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) Conference Dublin 2015

The Mater Hospital ED group has collected the world’s top experts in venous thromboembolism to speak at VTE Dublin 2015.

The programme is designed to cover all the relevant medical disciplines and to reflect modern management of VTE. We hope to explore the challenges and opportunities in VTE management from a unique international multidisciplinary perspective.

Specialists in emergency medicine will be familiar with Prof. Philip Wells of the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute.

The conference is hosted by the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital affiliated with University College Dublin and is supported by Science Foundation Ireland. A special showcase will highlight workshops on bedside ultrasound in the diagnosis and management of DVT and PE. The conference runs from Friday 18th – Saturday 19th September in the Croke Park Hotel in Dublin.
