This training is open to all healthcare professionals and is relevant to research staff involved in the set up and conduct of clinical trials.

A level 1 ultrasound course including physics, knobology, EFAST, AA assessment, focused echo in emergency life support and vascular access.  A formal level 1 ultrasound course perfect for novices and as a refresher course for those with previous experience.

  • Standardised lectures with maximal hands on practical scanning time.
  • Advice on achieving level 1 sign off and supervision of ultrasound core skills on the shop floor.

Open to Consultants only, this course will be held in Tallaght University Hospital on Wednesday 13 October, 09.00-16.15.
